About

The arts are an unwavering constant in my life and as a former classically trained cellist and teacher, I’m no stranger to creatively demanding projects, hard work and deadlines. It’s a skill set that serves me well when working with people on their most significant spaces.

I am fascinated by the way in which our lives are bookmarked by different rooms and my interests lie in design that has endured, natural materials and the satisfaction derived from colour, pattern and texture in a well judged scheme.

Joining KLC School of Design marked the moment at which I decided to formalise my ongoing love with the buildings around me; I wanted to understand more of the technicalities that enable beautiful, memorable interiors. And as much as I appreciate the clarity of a Le Corbusier interior, you’re more likely to find me pouring over an antico verde doorway at LAASCO.

We got home last night and saw your beautiful hand painted flower spray.

It’s honestly even better in person. Sleepy Alice said ‘wow!’ at midnight when we got back and put her to bed.”
